LyraWrite provides AI-powered text humanization and rewriting services. We strive to provide high-quality outputs but make no guarantees regarding the undetectability of content by third-party AI detection systems.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. LyraWrite cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Fair Use & Restrictions

You agree not to misuse the LyraWrite services. Prohibited actions include:

  • Using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempting to reverse engineer or scrape the service.
  • Sharing account credentials with multiple users (unless on a team plan).
  • Automated usage or botting of the guest or free tiers.

5. Subscription & Payments

Services are billed in advance on a subscription basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the remaining period of the subscription, except where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the input text you provide. LyraWrite claims no ownership over your original content or the humanized output generated for you.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LyraWrite be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
